Adam Holzmann

Co-owner, PUCK—IT Development

Adam Holzmann is a seasoned hockey professional with a rich background in scouting, management, and development. His career includes scouting roles at the JrC, JrA, and professional levels, including the ECHL. With a deep expertise.  His commitment to hockey is further enhanced by his studies in Sports Analytics and Essentials at Columbia University. In addition to his role at PUCK—IT, Adam serves as the General Manager of the Cobourg Cougars (OJHL) and as an Ontario Scout for the Rapid City Rush (ECHL).

Jake Taylor

Co-owner, PUCK—IT Development

Jake Taylor is a dedicated hockey professional with a strong focus on player development. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Trent Hills Thunder (PJHL) and Central Scout for the Cobourg Cougars (OJHL), Jake brings a wealth of experience both on and off the ice. Introduced to hockey at age 4, he played competitively for over 20 years, advancing from Warkworth to the Quinte Red Devils, the Campbellford Rebels—where he earned the Empire B League Rookie of the Year award— and finishing his Jr A career as assistant captain with the Port Hope Predators. Jake’s extensive experience includes playing Sr A with the Norwood Vipers and the Whitby Dunlops before transitioning to coaching and scouting. Known for his knowledge, communication skills, and passion for the game, Jake excels in developing players and helping them reach their full potential. He has coached at various levels, run numerous camps, and clinics, and has been a key part of PUCK—IT Development since 2015. His ability to create personalized development plans makes him an invaluable asset to players looking to elevate their game.
