Join us Tuesday mornings for a high-impact Power Skating session led by Ashlea Jones, focusing on the foundations that make strong, confident, dynamic skaters. This program breaks down edge work, stride efficiency, balance, acceleration, and body control through purposeful, high-repetition drills. Players will learn how to move with power and precision, build stability in all skating situations, and develop the mechanics needed to skate faster and smarter in games. Ideal for players looking to elevate their skating fundamentals and overall performance.
Group 1: 2011-2014 – 7am – 8am
Group 2: 2015-2018 – 8am – 9am
