Tryouts are here… and what you do right now matters.
This 10-week before school program is designed to help players peak at the right time and stay sharp all spring long.

No long drives. No missed development.
Just consistent, high-level reps every single week — right in your community.

In partnership with Next Shift 7 Hockey, this program delivers the structure, pace, and detail players need to stand out when it matters most.

🗓 Wednesdays
⏰ 6:15–7:15 AM (2011–2015)
⏰ 7:15–8:15 AM (2016–2020)

📅 April 15 – June 17 (10 Weeks)

🔥 Built for Tryout Season:
✔️ High-tempo sessions to simulate tryout pace
✔️ Consistent reps to build confidence and execution
✔️ Small groups = more touches, more correction
✔️ Stay sharp before, during, and after tryouts

🔥 Program Breakdown:
✔️ Players split by skill level
✔️ 10-minute warm-up
✔️ 20 minutes of skills with Puck-It Development
✔️ 20 minutes of skills with Next Shift 7

Adam Holzmann

Co-owner, PUCK—IT Development

Adam Holzmann is a seasoned hockey professional with a rich background in scouting, management, and development. His career includes scouting roles at the JrC, JrA, and professional levels, including the ECHL. With a deep expertise.  His commitment to hockey is further enhanced by his studies in Sports Analytics and Essentials at Columbia University. In addition to his role at PUCK—IT, Adam serves as the General Manager of the Cobourg Cougars (OJHL) and as an Ontario Scout for the Rapid City Rush (ECHL).
