refund & cancellation policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2024

TRAINING PROGRAMS, CAMPS & DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS

  • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your spot and cover administrative costs.
  • More than 72 hours’ notice: A credit may be issued at the discretion of PUCK-IT Development.
  • Less than 72 hours’ notice: No refund or credit will be provided.
  • If a session is cancelled by PUCK-IT Development, a credit toward future services will be issued.
  • Missed sessions due to illness, injury, weather, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances are not eligible for refunds.

 

PRO SHOP PURCHASES

  • Custom and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Standard merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Mouthguards, water bottles, and personal-use items are final sale.


GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.


REFUND PROCESSING

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.


TRANSFERS

  • Registrations are non-transferable unless approved by PUCK-IT Development and are subject to availability.


EXCEPTIONS

  • PUCK-IT Development reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • By purchasing products or registering for programs, camps, clinics, or development sessions, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

Adam Holzmann

Co-owner, PUCK—IT Development

Adam Holzmann is a seasoned hockey professional with a rich background in scouting, management, and development. His career includes scouting roles at the JrC, JrA, and professional levels, including the ECHL. With a deep expertise.  His commitment to hockey is further enhanced by his studies in Sports Analytics and Essentials at Columbia University. In addition to his role at PUCK—IT, Adam serves as the General Manager of the Cobourg Cougars (OJHL) and as an Ontario Scout for the Rapid City Rush (ECHL).
