PUCK—IT reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inconsistent with the values of the organization. No refunds or credits will be issued.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in hockey and athletic activities involves inherent risks.
Participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.
EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for providing and maintaining properly fitted and approved equipment.
PUCK—IT is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from defective or poorly maintained equipment.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
Photographs and video may be taken during programs, camps, clinics, tournaments, and events for promotional purposes.
By registering, participants and parents or guardians consent to the use of these images unless written notice requesting exclusion is provided in advance.
PRO SHOP SALES
Custom orders and special-order products are final sale.
Returns and exchanges for standard merchandise are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, graphics, text, photographs, videos, images, and other materials are the property of PUCK—IT and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Adam Holzmann is a seasoned hockey professional with a rich background in scouting, management, and development. His career includes scouting roles at the JrC, JrA, and professional levels, including the ECHL. With a deep expertise. His commitment to hockey is further enhanced by his studies in Sports Analytics and Essentials at Columbia University. In addition to his role at PUCK—IT, Adam serves as the General Manager of the Cobourg Cougars (OJHL) and as an Ontario Scout for the Rapid City Rush (ECHL).
