Why choose one sport when you can benefit from both?

This 4-week development series is designed to help athletes become more complete competitors by combining hockey and lacrosse training. The crossover benefits between the two sports are undeniable—improving footwork, agility, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, decision-making, compete level, and overall athleticism.

Hockey Development led by former Whitby Dunlops player **Jake Taylor** (Puck—It Development)

Lacrosse Development led by former Brooklin Redmen player **Ryan McMichael** (Team 23 Lacrosse)

DATES:

July 7, 14, 21 & 28

 

Group 1 (2016–2019)

Hockey Development: 1:15 PM – 2:05 PM

Lacrosse Development: 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM

 

 Group 2 (2012–2015)

Lacrosse Development: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Hockey Development: 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM

 

8 hours of total development

4 hours of hockey instruction

4 hours of lacrosse instruction

 

Whether your athlete plays hockey, lacrosse, or both, this is an excellent opportunity to develop skills that translate across multiple sports while having fun in a positive, competitive environment.

Participant Waiver Requirement

A current PUCK—IT Participant Waiver & Release Agreement must be completed before participation in any camp, clinic, tournament, drop-in session, or development program.

Adam Holzmann

Co-owner, PUCK—IT Development

Adam Holzmann is a seasoned hockey professional with a rich background in scouting, management, and development. His career includes scouting roles at the JrC, JrA, and professional levels, including the ECHL. With a deep expertise.  His commitment to hockey is further enhanced by his studies in Sports Analytics and Essentials at Columbia University. In addition to his role at PUCK—IT, Adam serves as the General Manager of the Cobourg Cougars (OJHL) and as an Ontario Scout for the Rapid City Rush (ECHL).
