Introducing MASTER THE 7 – Pre-Season Development Series, a 7-week high-performance hockey program designed to help athletes sharpen every aspect of their game before evaluations, tryouts, and the upcoming season.
This program goes beyond traditional skill sessions by combining:

📈 PLAYER PASSPORT TESTING
Testing will take place during: ✅ Week 1 ✅ Week 4 ✅ Week 7
Athletes will receive measurable benchmarks and track their progress throughout the program.
Testing Includes:
- Timed Full-Ice Lap
- Timed Blue Line Sprint
- Puck Handling Cross
- Passing Accuracy
- Shooting Accuracy

1️⃣ Skating – If you can’t move fast, efficiently, and with control, nothing else matters.
2️⃣ Stickhandling – Confident puck control under pressure and at game speed.
3️⃣ Passing – Quick, accurate decisions that drive team success.
4️⃣ Shooting – Wrist shots, slap shots, backhands — scoring is a skill that must be trained.
5️⃣ Positioning & Game Sense – Understanding where to be, when to move, and how to read the play.
6️⃣ Checking & Defensive Play – Smart physical play, proper angles, stick positioning, and defensive pressure.
7️⃣ Mental Toughness & Leadership – Confidence, focus, resilience, communication, and leadership under pressure.
